By registering for an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Global Freight Index platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and related logistics businesses acting on behalf of a company, not individual consumers. You confirm that you're authorized to register your company and enter into these terms on its behalf.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping it up to date. All applications go through our verification process before a listing goes live. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Membership requires payment of the applicable annual fee, as described at registration and on our Refund Policy page. Fees are charged in USD or INR depending on the payment method you choose, and renew annually unless cancelled.

The Platform lets visitors send enquiries to listed members through a verified contact form. Members agree to respond to genuine business enquiries in good faith and not to use contact details obtained through the Platform for unrelated marketing without consent.
The Platform's design, software, and branding are owned by MFA Network INC and its licensors. Your company name, logo, and profile content remain your property — by submitting them, you grant us a license to display them within the directory and related marketing for as long as your listing is active.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (Razorpay, PayPal). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies; Global Freight Index does not store your full payment card details.
The Platform is provided "as is." While we verify applications in good faith, we don't guarantee the accuracy, creditworthiness, or performance of any listed member — see our Verification Policy for details. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Freight Index and MFA Network INC are not liable for any losses arising from transactions or dealings between members, or from reliance on directory information.
We may suspend or terminate a listing at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent conduct, or failure to maintain accurate information, with or without notice. You may cancel your membership at any time as described in our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
