• Operate core features such as freight quotes, agent requests, enquiries, and reviews, including email verification to prevent fraudulent submissions;
• Process membership payments and send invoices and payment reminders;
• Send transactional emails relevant to your account activity (e.g., verification links, status updates, replies to enquiries);
• Moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Improve and maintain the security of the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Other users: certain company and contact information is intentionally shown to other users as part of the directory, quote, and enquiry features (for example, Premium members can view contact details on quotes and enquiries directed to them, per our tiered visibility rules).
• Service providers: we use third-party providers for email delivery, payment processing, and image hosting, who process data on our behalf solely to provide those services.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect the Platform against cross-site request forgery and similar attacks. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
